Support daily culinary operations for both event-day and non-event day catering Maintain consistency in quality and presentation standards Minimise waste effectively Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish and execute food service standards Monitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation More about you Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment Appropriate culinary qualifications Experience with stock control Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and venue/event experience Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong team player with the capacity to work independently Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records Excellent communication skills at all levelsExcellent communication skills at all levels Remuneration on offer: $75K - $85K + superannuation.
