Job Description
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to coordinate recruitment: - create targeted advertisements highlighted by employment branding that will source the best candidates. Build and maintain talent pools, shortlist, advise, recommend and negotiate with stakeholders. The role is supported by a Talent Acquisition Administrator and a wider support team.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand current and anticipated workforce requirements
* Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies
* End to end recruitment - writing creative job advertisements, screening applications, advising hiring managers, interview coordination and 360 feedback.
* Source passive candidates & build talent pools
* Ensure the delivery of a positive candidate experience
* Report on recruitment progress and outcomes
Qualifications
You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and have the drive to provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder advice and care. Also you will have:
* Experience working within an internal recruitment or an agency environment
* Confidence to utilise your initiative to solve problems and develop sourcing strategies.
* A personable approach and strong communication skills
* The ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Recruitment platforms.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
