Project Coordinator
Coordinate sub-contract projects across ANCA Machine Tools to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to specification
Manage RFQs, production schedules, and project documentation with precision and efficiency
Drive collaboration across operations teams and liaise with external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement and maintain strong customer focus

About the Role
This full-time role is responsible for coordinating sub-contract projects across ANCA Machine Tools. You'll manage RFQs, establish production schedules, and ensure all project milestones are met. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, technical understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Establish RFQ requirements and production schedules
Coordinate project milestones and conduct regular check-ins
Liaise with operations teams to meet contract deliverables
Maintain and manage project documentation and reporting
Develop quoting and contract review tools
Escalate issues and provide technical support as needed
Drive collaboration across operations departments
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Understanding of CNC machining processes
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple RFQs and orders simultaneously
Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Technical comprehension of manufacturing and design principles
Prior customer-facing experience
Preferred Skills
Trade certificates in CNC Machining, Mechanical or Electrical Fitting, or Project Management
Understanding of sheet metal, electrical assembly, and industrial painting
Previous experience in project coordination
