Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and friendly team member to join our dynamic healthcare practice. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner
* Manage patient bookings, enquiries and data entry with attention to detail
* Process referrals and booking appointments
* Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing and data management
* Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a front-line reception or administration role, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
* Familiarity with Medical software like Genie/Gentu or similar
