Job Title: Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, build and grow existing key accounts.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of goods and services sold as well as competitors.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients and assess their needs.
* Provide technical support when required.
* Promote brand awareness and enhance customer loyalty.
* Deliver quotations and negotiate prices to meet client needs.
* Identify new customer opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.

* Competency in computer software and systems.
* Previous experience within the industry is highly advantageous.

* Daily call and reporting sheets are mandatory.
