What you'll be doing:
* Administration tasks such as banking and post
* Processing customer invoices
* Taking customer payments
* First point of contact for customers
* Answering phones/walkins and assisting customers accordingly
* General office support to assist site managers
* Ensure AP invoices entered accurately and on time
* Generation of weekly/daily creditor payments by EFT
What you'll need:
* Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Intermediate spreadsheet skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail & accuracy skills
* Customer service experience
* Willingness to learn new tasks
* Works well with a small team or independently
* Proactive and self motivated
