About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a new Head of Concierge to join our team.
This dynamic role combines two key responsibilities; providing seamless relief coverage across our client sites and delivering operational and administrative support for our business.
As Head of Concierge, you'll work across multiple client sites, roving between buildings as needed.
When on-site, you'll be the face of our service in commercial lobbies—greeting visitors, building relationships with tenants, and ensuring every interaction feels warm and professional.
When off-the-desk, you'll be based at our head office, managing key operational tasks such as documenting operating procedures, planning relief coverage, and managing uniforms and resources.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a passionate people-person who loves creating exceptional experiences.
This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their front-of-house expertise while gaining exposure to management and operations.
