The Role:
Depending on your experience, you will manage a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 100–120 properties, or start smaller if you are more junior, with the opportunity to grow as your confidence and skills develop.
* End-to-end property management responsibilities
* Day-to-day administration and coordination
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Managing correspondence and documentation
* Ensuring legislative compliance
* Supporting the wider team as required
* Hours: Monday to Friday only
* Car: Company vehicle provided
* Parking: Onsite parking available
Ideal Candidate:
This role will suit someone who is driven, proactive, and shows initiative, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management.
* Have experience in property management or a similar real estate role
* Hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, or be willing to obtain
* Be highly organised with strong time management skills
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
* Be reliable, team-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Take pride in your presentation and the quality of your work
