As a Sales Representative, you will be promoting products to General Practitioners, Pharmacists and Diabetes Educators across various locations. You will be responsible for engaging with existing customers, expanding the target group of customers, developing and executing a robust territory business plan, and working in accordance with business ethics procedures and local laws.
This role offers variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote lifesaving drugs. To be successful, you will need to have experience in sales, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as a strong understanding of patient-centric HCP relationships and digital engagements.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, willingness to travel regularly, including occasional extended hours and weekends, and must be either an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. They will also have strong sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets, tertiary education preferably in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical, and the ability to take on complex data and disseminate it to customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Engaging with existing General Practitioners & Diabetes Educators and expanding the target group of customers
* Developing and executing a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as digital engagements with HCPs / GPs to create a personalised omni-channel experience for our customers
* Executing marketing strategies and conducting group presentations as well as monitoring competitors' activities and reporting directly
Qualifications required:
* Gp sales experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry
* Strong sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Tertiary education preferably in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
