About the role Take ownership of customer inquiries by utilizing strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring first-call resolution and delivering exceptional service in alignment with company standards. Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers. Strive for positive customer feedback. Respond to any phone based or live chat queries. About you You are curious and seeking to work within a customer centric driven team that continuously challenges you. In addition, you will have: Experience in an inbound customer service role involving problem solving, logistics, operations or inventory Experience working in an environment with structured KPI’s. Telephone etiquette that is second to none, exceptional customer interaction skills. You excel in administration, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth and effective contact centre support. Solution driven mindset.
