About You
You are a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice.
You want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make choices, and achieving exceptional outcomes.
We are looking for individuals with:
* A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
* A valid driver's license and access to a car
* Commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on excellence and client centred care
