With a strong pipeline of work and a culture built on trust, collaboration, and quality, they’re looking for a capable Foreman to join their growing team.
Your new role
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and trades
- Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to spec
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety checks, and quality inspections
- Liaise with Site Manager and Project Manager on progress and issues
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and productive site environment
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand on D&C; projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- A proactive, team-orientated approach to leadership
