The role
Join a well-established Queensland business supplying trade and commercial customers across the state. With a strong reputation, loyal client base, and stable operations, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the finance function and become a key part of the leadership team. This is more than a traditional bookkeeping role. You'll have visibility across accounts, payroll, inventory, stock management, reporting, and business performance, working closely with management to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Payroll processing, superannuation and ATO compliance Credit control and cashflow management Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations Inventory management, stock adjustments and product costings Margin analysis and profitability reporting MYOB Advanced administration and reporting Monthly management reporting including P&L and cashflow Assistance with stocktakes and process improvements General business support across administration and HR About You 5 years' experience in a Bookkeeper or Senior Bookkeeper position Experience within wholesale, trade, distribution, manufacturing or product-based businesses Strong understanding of inventory, stock movements and costings MYOB Advanced or ERP system experience Advanced Excel skills Confidence managing payroll and compliance obligations A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously What's On Offer?
