Task & Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure overall quality of software solutions.
Manage bug tracking systems, logging, prioritizing, and resolving issues.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather quality requirements.
Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and maintain application stability.
Provide timely feedback to developers for rapid issue resolution.
Evaluate functionality, performance, and design compliance against customer needs.
Complete usability testing on Windows, Android, iOS.
Author and maintain well-organized manual test cases for the team.
Develop detailed test cases based on business requirements documents.
Execute comprehensive test plans and document results meticulously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functional requirements for product releases.
Enhance user experience through rigorous usability testing and identify improvement areas.
Contribute to establishing QA best practices within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven 3+ years as a Software Tester.
Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other language.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Resourcefulness and problem solving aptitude, excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; professional certification preferred.
