Our goal is to appoint a high-calibre academic staff member in Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and assessing clinical education across undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach and assess students at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, ensuring they meet program outcomes.
* Develop and lead experiential learning activities, such as clinical placements and simulation exercises.
* Contribute to curriculum development and educational initiatives that enhance student learning experiences.
* Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with discipline knowledge and best practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive educational excellence within the teaching community.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* A PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* General Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
* Knowledge and experience in clinical areas relevant to pharmacy practice, enabling delivery of appropriate care.
* Demonstrated experience in clinical teaching and assessment at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
* Evidence of teaching effectiveness and a passion for educational excellence.
* Level C: advanced clinical knowledge and person-centred care; endorsement of teaching practice development and leadership in inclusive learning.
