As the Duty Manager at the Windsor Castle Hotel in East Maitland, you'll work closely with the General Manager, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, guest experience and long-term success of the hotel.

Scope of Responsibilities
* Assist in managing venue operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
* Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
* Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and product offerings.
* Drive financial performance, including budget management and cost control.
* Contribute to staff training and development, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Provide leadership and support across various shifts, including a mix of days and nights.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar position in hospitality.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* A candidate who is looking for a long term position with potential to grow within the company.
* A coachable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
* Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Flexibility in work schedule, comfortable working both day and night shifts.
* RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications are required.
