* Combines logical thinking with creativity to approach problem-solving in a unique way
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Thrives in collaborative environments
* Is unafraid of difficult problems and ambiguity
* Is studying a degree in Engineering (preferred are mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, environmental)
* Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship (Citizenship is required for Canberra)
