We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.
About the Role:
* We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to provide high-quality customer service and maintain accurate patient records.
* Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice, making patients aware of available services, handling payments, accessing sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression
* Book and amend appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling
* Answer phone calls, responding promptly and efficiently
* Update patient records accurately and securely
* Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in the day-to-day operation of the practice
* Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
