Lead Designer Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join our team in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of high-end hotel and luxury hospitality spaces, along with experience working on projects from concept to delivery.
* Developing innovative design concepts that drive guest experiences
* Producing high-quality interior documentation with a design-led approach
* Managing hotel projects through the entire development process
* Engaging with clients, presenting designs, coordinating consultants, and directing FF&E
* Mentoring junior designers and contributing to our studio culture
