Your new role
In this role, you'll be part of the Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team, working on a newly established CIAM platform. You'll help design, build and maintain secure identity solutions that support a diverse range of users including participants, providers, carers and more. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll collaborate with architects, stakeholders and other tech teams to solve complex identity challenges and improve digital safety.
Day-to-day, you'll:
* Implement CIAM solutions using modern technologies and best practices
* Design scalable and user-friendly identity services
* Investigate incidents and contribute to platform operations
* Develop automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities
* Occasionally participate in after-hours on-call support
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Solid experience in software development, particularly in CIAM solutions
* Strong understanding of identity platforms like Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping or similar
* Ability to design solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements
* Experience resolving production issues and maintaining CIAM platforms
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage your own workload
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving technical environment
* NV1 clearance preferred
