About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at ITM Mining. This role is integral to supporting our Sales and Operations teams in delivering high-quality undercarriage products and services to the mining sector.
You will play a key role in assisting with the sale of ITM undercarriage solutions for large-scale mining equipment, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Support
* Assist in selling ITM undercarriage products and services for large mining equipment including:
o CAT – D8 / D9 / D10 / D11 / 6030 (RH120) / 6040 (RH170)
o Komatsu – D375 / D475 / PC1250 / PC2000 / PC3000 / PC5500
o Hitachi – EX1200 / EX1900 / EX2500 / EX3600 / EX5500
o Liebherr – 9250 / 9350
o Drills – Atlas Copco / Bucyrus / CAT / Sandvik
* Prepare accurate and timely product quotations for the Sales Team.
* Provide internal sales support to external Account Managers and Operations.
* Respond to over-the-phone sales enquiries and process customer orders accurately.
* Utilise effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
* Follow up on outstanding sales quotes and monitor expired quotations.
* Maintain up-to-date statistical data including win/loss ratios and loss reason codes.
* Present sales performance data at weekly sales meetings.
* Utilise BC and Salesforce CRM systems effectively.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
* Liaise with Procurement to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
* Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams as required.
* Support Finance and Operations teams in meeting customer deliverables.
* Undertake other reasonable duties as required.
Accountability:
The sales Coordinator is accountable for coordinating sales and service activities for ITM Mining customers, ensuring all performance standards and contracted deliverables are met in accordance with company policies and Sales Manager directives.

Qualifications:
Desirable
* Previous sales or retail experience.
* Experience within mining, heavy equipment, or related industries.
* Familiarity with undercarriage products or similar technical product lines.
