About the role
You will work within a team that supports the department in ensuring that providers and participants are complying with the requirements of a particular program. As a Compliance Officer, you will be required to undertake compliance work that will support the work of the branch.
Key responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with administrative tasks in compliance surveys and reviews
Assisting with quality assurance and analysis of survey responses and audit reports
Undertaking compliance reviews including desktop analysis and surveys
Providing input to assurance and compliance plans to address potential program risks
Providing accurate and timely input to reports
Skills and Experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
Previous accounting, compliance or audit experience
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills and the ability to discuss issues with a variety of stakeholders
Sound information technology skills
Experience in implementation of Government programs or policy is desirable
