We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure Management
o Process tickets in ServiceNow through multiple assignment groups, read architecture diagrams, and construct rules based on those diagrams.
o Configure firewalls and network filters, ensuring Enterprise, Stores, and cloud networks are secure.
o Maintain intrusion prevention policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
o Stay up-to-date with networking protocols and concepts, including Routing (OSPF, BGP), VLAN, Sub-netting, Load balancing, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, SSH.
o Establish site-to-site and remote-access VPN connectivity and implement network access control.
o Develop and enforce authentication, authorization, and accounting policies, including multi-factor authentication.
o Implement web access proxy servers and URL filtering, and create network security policies, exception documentation, and approval processes.
* End User Support
o Provide level 2 customer-facing support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
o Deploy and support all desktop and laptop devices.
o Monitor ticket queues and execute assigned tickets in a timely manner.
o Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide excellent user experience.
o Create and maintain knowledge base documents to facilitate easy troubleshooting.

Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
* Strong managerial experience in IT, preferably with a focus on network security.
* Experience with ServiceNow and networking protocols (Routing, VLAN, etc.).
* Ability to setup, support, and troubleshoot VTC (Video Teleconference) and VOL (Video Online).
