Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven Demand Planner to join our agile ANZ supply chain team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.
You will take ownership of demand planning across our sexual wellness portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting to support service levels, inventory efficiency and commercial growth.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you'll be a critical link in aligning supply with demand in a business that values entrepreneurial thinking, accountability and smart collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the demand planning process for key SKUs and customer channels across ANZ.
* Lead monthly forecast cycles, incorporating input from Sales, Marketing and Finance.
* Track and reconcile demand signals vs. actuals; communicate variances and recommend corrective actions.
* Partner with Supply and Inventory Planning teams to ensure product availability and optimal inventory.
* Maintain forecast accuracy KPIs and support improvements in forecast performance.
* Monitor trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches to inform demand plans.
* Support S&OP processes by providing timely, data-driven insights and forecast inputs.
* Collaborate with commercial teams on key customer and retailer planning.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning tools and reporting.
What You Will Do:
* Deliver weekly and monthly forecasts and reporting packages
* Analyze historical sales, POS data and promotions to build forward-looking plans
* Engage closely with cross-functional teams to align assumptions and drive accountability
* Highlight risk and opportunity scenarios for proactive inventory and supply response
* Support the team with system clean-up, master data accuracy and planning optimization
* Act as the forecasting lead for select product categories or customer segments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in CPG or consumer healthcare
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience with planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, Excel)
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
* Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment with shifting priorities
Preferred
* Experience in sexual wellness, lifestyle or personal care categories.
* Familiarity with POS data analysis and retailer-specific forecasting
* Understanding of S&OP or IBP processes.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
