Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Sales Support: service incoming enquiries from travel agents regarding holiday extensions, add-ons, and upgrading holiday elements.
2. Outbound Sales Support: conduct calls to travel agents to give relevant information on their booking, and to pro-actively upsell where possible.
3. Administration: accurately record and book agreed additional/amended holiday elements.
4. Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, providing them with the support they need to succeed in selling our offerings.
5. Sales Assistance: assist travel agents in the booking process, utilizing product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages.
6. Documentation and Record Keeping: maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and bookings in our CRM system.
7. Collaboration: work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales initiatives.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
4. Proficient in using a CRM software and other relevant technology.
5. High level of data entry accuracy.
6. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
