Cloud Contact Centre Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Contact Centre Software Engineer to join our product engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software solutions that integrate multiple channels like voice, SMS, and chatbot with contact centre's voice solutions.
Key qualifications include strong experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React. Expertise in server-side technologies, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and back-end frameworks like PHP Laravel framework is essential.
* Proactively leads engineering efforts, fostering collaboration with peers, project managers, and quality assurance teams.
* Writing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code that serves the purpose of scaling and tenancy management.
* A natural coach and guide, sought after by peers for assistance.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and a portfolio of past projects showcasing full-stack development skills. Experience with Tenancy Isolation in distributed systems and expertise with Sharding in Mysql, Redis and Mongodb is highly advantageous.
