A fantastic opportunity is available for a seasoned Commercial Property Manager looking to elevate their career. This position offers the chance to oversee a portfolio of around 100 industrial and office properties within a respected boutique agency.
Managing approximately 450 properties overall, this tight‐knit team prides itself on achieving exceptional client results through strong market expertise, efficient systems, and a collaborative culture.
You'll be responsible for a well‐established portfolio featuring long‐standing clients across commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed‐use properties.
The Role
* Oversee a thoughtfully structured portfolio focused on delivering high‐quality service rather than high volume.
* Join an agency that carefully selects the properties it manages, ensuring consistency and optimal asset performance.
* Receive support from an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager, a dedicated Trust Accountant, and centralised administration.
* Play a role in business development, with direct support from leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships and contributing to growth.
About You
We're looking for a confident and capable professional who combines strategic thinking with excellent service delivery.
* Demonstrated experience managing commercial property portfolios (industrial, retail, office, or mixed‐use).
* Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with leadership potential.
* Current WA Property Management Registration.
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
* Experience or interest in business development will be highly regarded.
