Role Overview
This role is responsible for providing analytical and strategic support across Treasury and Corporate Finance activities. The position plays a key role in supporting the company's financial health, investment decisions, and growth strategy through high‐quality analysis, modelling, and reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Corporate Finance
* Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support the evaluation of renewable energy projects, strategic planning, and investment decisions
* Undertake industry and market research to inform business cases, with a focus on energy transition, decarbonisation, and evolving regulatory landscapes
* Support capital budgeting and long‐term financial planning for generation assets and infrastructure investments
* Assist in preparing presentations and financial materials for the Executive team and Board, including project updates and strategic initiatives
Treasury
* Contribute to capital planning and liquidity management across a portfolio of renewable assets
* Monitor debt facilities, covenant compliance, and project‐level financing structures, including green and sustainability‐linked loans
* Assist with treasury reporting and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
* Support analysis related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and funding strategies for renewable projects
Knowledge, experience (including qualification) and skill Knowledge and experience
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* CPA/CA/CFA qualification (or working towards) is desirable
* Min 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, or within the energy/infrastructure sectors
* Prior experience in Corporate Finance or treasury within the energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector is desirable
* Exposure to renewable energy project finance, PPA structures, or grid‐scale energy investments is desirable
* Strong understanding of financial statements, capital structures, and investment metrics relevant to infrastructure or energy generation
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
Skills
* Advanced Excel skills with proven experience in financial modelling and valuation techniques
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‐solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
