Role Overview
As a Secondary Generalist Teacher, the successful applicant will ideally possess the capacity to provide a learning environment that is caring, engaging, and differentiated to cater for a range of learning needs. You will ideally have the ability to deliver the Western Australian Curriculum and have an excellent understanding of the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework. We seek teachers who have strong classroom management and skills to engage students successfully. The Secondary Generalist teacher will likely teach across two learning areas, depending on the needs of the school.
The successful applicant should be motivated and committed to creating an engaging, inclusive, and challenging learning environment; based on high accountability and sound expectations to ensure all students achieve their maximum potential. You will ideally be flexible, have a strong work ethic, and develop positive, productive partnerships with students, colleagues, and the community.
