Leadership Role: Service Delivery Manager

About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a skilled team of technicians and engineers, managing service contracts, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery across key client accounts.
* Oversee AV service operations including installations, maintenance, and support.
* Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding results.
* Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from delivery to support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A proven track record in service delivery or operations management.
* A strong understanding of AV technologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* ITIL certification and AV industry certifications are highly regarded.
