Job Title: State Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking an experienced State Coordinator to support in-store execution, lead our Bra Fitters and Merchandisers, and ensure our brands are consistently represented at their best. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the State Supervisor with day-to-day operations across your state
2. Coach and develop team members, building strong product knowledge and service capability
3. Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards and ensure all POS is current
What You Bring:
* Retail and merchandising experience (fashion retail preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience; multi-site experience ideal
* Able to work autonomously, prioritise deadlines, and manage time effectively
* A proactive, brand-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
