About the Role
This hands-on position involves designing and implementing workforce development strategies that connect young people with meaningful employment, training, and education pathways.
1. Develop strategic plans to support workforce development initiatives.
2. Foster partnerships with local employers, schools, training providers, and community organizations to create opportunities for young people.
3. Analyze workforce needs and collaborate with stakeholders to address skill gaps.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in workforce development, employment services, or youth engagement. Knowledge of AIP2 principles, Asset-Based Community Development, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
