Responsibilities include:
Manage creditor accounts as directed
Subcontractor account management
Processing of accounts payable invoices
Weekly reconciliations to all subcontractor statements
Manage and resolve supplier enquires
Liaising with all internal stakeholders
Process weekly payment runs
Process requests for credits
Ad-hoc administration
Your excellent communication and organisational skills in addition to a genuine passion for ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently will ensure a successful long term career working with a true market leader.
