Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in North Queensland.
* The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets, maintain existing relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Sales Planning: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail, distributor, and foodservice accounts.
* New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods sectors.
* A strong understanding of retail and/or foodservice sales environments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
