Key Responsibilities
* Provide basic care for residents, which includes assisting with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, preparing meals, and making beds.

* Ensure accurate record-keeping by entering reports into the computer system.
* Work under the guidance of a qualified Care Manager to deliver person-centred care that prioritises each resident's unique needs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or higher qualification is required for this position.
* Candidates must possess effective communication skills, enabling them to interact positively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Previous experience working in aged care is highly valued.
* Motivation and enthusiasm are key characteristics of successful applicants.
* A current First Aid Certificate and valid police check clearance are also mandatory requirements.
