Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative excellence? Crystal Brook Hospital is seeking proactive and dedicated Administration Officers to join our team on a casual basis. In this vital role, you'll provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our Administration department. Your contributions will help drive the efficiency of our health service, supporting both staff and clients to ensure they receive the best care possible.
What you'll do:
* Provide essential administrative support, including coordinating meetings, minute-taking, and preparing documents.
* Manage staff leave records and liaise with Shared Services to resolve inconsistencies.
* Be the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries at our busy reception.
* Maintain databases, manage appointments, and assist with booking rooms, vehicles, and equipment.
* Support the Senior Staff with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the department.
What we're looking for:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite and general office equipment.
* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
* A customer service mindset and understanding of basic financial principles.
