WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator (Evening Shift) to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park.
Salary : $65 - 75k + Super
Working hours: 2 PM – 12 AM (8-hour shifts / Rotating Roster)
Full-time position - Monday to Friday, with weekends if needed
Please note: Onboarding will last 2-4 weeks on daytime hours.

Responsibilities :
* Manage inbound calls efficiently
* Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
* Input data accurately and promptly into systems
* Assist Coordinators / Allocators with inquiries and changes
* Handle customer concerns professionally, including pricing and quotations
* Build strong relationships with carriers and customers
* Contribute to policy and procedure improvements
Requirements :
* Previous customer service experience in an office environment
* Flexibility to work weekends if needed and participate in rotating on-call shifts
* Experience in medical or logistics fields is preferred; highlight relevant experience in your cover letter
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
* Ability to work independently
