**The position, but not limited to**
- Assisting with any admin work for the staff
- Dealing with contractors
- Handling calls and delegating to appropriate person
- Database management
- Assist with listing processing and prep work - uploading properties onto the web
- Filtering website enquiry
- Prepare marketing material if required
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Real Estate experience required
- Accountability to deliver high-level customer service
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Must have fantastic presentation
