Your Responsibilities
* Controls Assurance
o We're seeking an experienced professional to design and implement controls assurance frameworks for all business lines and functions.
o You'll oversee the identification, assessment, and testing of key controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
o The successful candidate will lead periodic control assessments and coordinate remediation efforts for identified gaps or deficiencies.
o This role requires developing and maintaining control documentation, including policies, procedures, and testing protocols.
* Third Party Governance
o This position involves leading the third-party governance program covering risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, control validation, and reporting.
o Maintain third-party inventory and assessments, aligning on shared assurance activities across global and regional third parties.
o You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to third-party oversight and due diligence.
* Customer Complaints
o The selected candidate will oversee the local customer complaints program ensuring timely, fair, and compliant resolution of customer disputes.
o Monitor metrics to track complaint trends, root causes, and resolution effectiveness.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in risk management, controls, or related regulatory functions.
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple programs.
