RUMBLE Strategic Creative - Big thinking without big agency layers

We're on the hunt for our next superstar Rumbler to join the team.

RUMBLE Strategic Creative is a Queensland independent agency located in West End, owned by partners Remy Brassac, Nancy Hartley and James Burchill.

The agency was founded on a principle of big thinking that focuses on strategic creative leadership, uninterrupted by the cumbersome layers of traditional holding group owned agencies. Since the agency's inception in 2014, we've worked with brands, big and small, to deliver award-winning work ranging from strategic brand positioning, creative development, production, or a combination of these services.

RUMBLE is the founding agency of a group of independents which gives clients access to a cohesive, full-service offering where they can choose the services they need across strategy, creative development, production, digital and innovation and media.

About the Role

Working across three leading independent agencies, Rumble, Romeo, and Edison, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating workflow, resourcing, and delivery across a diverse mix of creative, digital, and performance marketing projects.

You'll be responsible for ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through to delivery, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Collaborating closely with producers, creatives, strategists, developers, and account management teams, you'll help balance workloads, manage priorities, and maintain visibility across all active and upcoming projects.

Your focus will be on optimising resource allocation, streamlining traffic processes, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery across the agency group.

Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency & effectiveness whilst actively supporting strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Resource Management: You will be responsible for effectively managing and optimising resources for all agency's personnel. This involves coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient allocation of resources.

2. Project Management: You will oversee the execution of advertising campaigns and digital projects, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed timelines and budget. This includes coordinating with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure seamless project coordination, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.

3. Process Improvement: You will be expected to identify areas of improvement in operational processes and workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. This may involve streamlining procedures, introducing new tools or technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

4. Financial Management: You will be responsible for tracking project profitability and recommending cost efficiencies, working closely with the Finance team to review project performance and ensure effective resource allocation.

5. Vendor and Supplier Management: You will oversee relationships with external vendors and suppliers, such as printers, production houses, and freelancers. This includes negotiating contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control in outsourced services.

6. Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare and present reports on operational performance, including key metrics, project status, and resource utilisation. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

What you will bring to the role

* Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Traffic Management, or Agency Operations role.
* Strong proficiency in resource planning and project management tools.
* Understanding of project performance indicators in an agency environment.
* Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build trust and accountability across teams.
* Patient yet proactive, with the ability to motivate, mediate, and drive outcomes.
