A leading FMCG organisation is seeking an immediately available Stock Coordinator for a temporary role that has the potential to convert to permanent. This position is 5 days onsite. Responsibilities: Manage product ordering and ensure timely procurement of goods Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and handle ongoing communications Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers as needed Create and maintain purchase order templates for supplier use Raise and confirm purchase orders in line with business requirements Submit and follow up on RTS (return to supplier) and credit claims Ensure product pricing is current and accurately reflected in systems Monitor and follow up on supplier deliveries to ensure timely arrival Prepare and complete production sheets for internal tracking Oversee stocktakes and manage inventory levels to meet demand Administer and update data in the inventory system Support the team with various ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required Your profile: Strong communication skills Ability to work in fast paced environment Attention to detail Proficient in excel Experience with inventory / Stock control By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
