The Role
We are currently seeking a fulltime Receptionist/Admin Assistant due to internal restructure and promotions.
Ideally, you will have at least one year of reception or administration experience, with that experience being in the legal industry.

About the Role
As a receptionist, you will work in cooperation with all staff to provide professional and reliable services to our clients. You will predominantly be responsible for providing a high level of reception duties. Our receptionists don't simply answer calls and make coffees; there is a strong admin aspect to the role.
The successful candidate will spend Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday on our busy reception desk. Wednesday's will be spent assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Work hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Your core duties will include:
* Undertake and complete work within required deadlines.
* Prompt and professional answering of telephone.
* Respond to client enquiries by phone and email.
* Accurate message taking and relaying details to appropriate person/s in a timely manner.
* Undertake diary management for professionals .
* Sending of client appointment reminders.
* Prioritise, plan and manage day to day duties generally to achieve required outcomes.
* Preparation of new client packs and relevant forms for any new client.
* Efficiently and promptly manage all administrative email inboxes.
* Record new client details accurately in all requisite systems.
* Monitor office supplies, ensuring their availability to support seamless daily operations.
* Ensure that client-facing office areas are clean and tidy.
* Effectively manage the distribution of both incoming and outgoing mail.
* General administrative tasks such as closing files or assisting with our debt collection process.
