If you're excited about AI, digital growth, and making a measurable impact, RTD is where you'll thrive.The RoleThe Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Real Time Data's end-to-end marketing strategy, with a focus on digital channels, inbound lead generation, and AI-informed growth tactics.This is a hands-on role suited to a mid-career marketer who is not only experienced in SaaS marketing, but also actively engaged with the evolving role of AI in how people discover, research, and interact with software companies.The successful candidate will be responsible for modernising RTD's digital presence, rebuilding the website, implementing a high-performance content and SEO strategy, and leveraging AI tools and trends to ensure the business remains at the forefront of digital discoverability.The role requires both strategic oversight and tactical execution, with an emphasis on speed, experimentation, and continuous iteration in a fast-changing landscape.Digital Presence & Website UpliftAudit, redesign, and relaunch the company website with SEO and lead generation in mindCreate and manage landing pages, campaign funnels, and user pathways for conversionImplement analytics to track performance and iterate continuouslyOrganic & Paid Lead GenerationDefine and execute a modern, AI-informed SEO and discovery strategy — encompassing traditional keyword-based tactics as well as emerging AI search behaviours (e.g. SGE, ChatGPT browsing, You.com, Perplexity, etc.)Monitor AI trends that influence digital discoverability and continuously evolve RTD's strategy accordinglyExperiment with structured data, embeddings, and conversational content formats to maximise visibility across AI-driven toolsLaunch and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)Set up marketing automation tools for lead capture and nurtureContent & Brand MarketingProduce (or coordinate) high-impact content: blog posts, case studies, email copy, landing page messagingBuild a content calendar aligned with search demand and buyer journey stagesSupport pitch deck refinement and value proposition clarity in coordination with salesStrategic Ownership & ReportingDefine and track key metrics across the funnel (traffic, leads, CPL, CAC, etc.)Develop a scalable marketing strategy that aligns with product milestones and sales goalsWork closely with leadership to align GTM strategy and resource needsProactively research and adopt AI tools (e.g. GPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content creation, campaign ideation, and SEO experimentationEnsure RTD remains ahead of the curve in AI-influenced lead generation and digital growth strategyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)High proficiency in written communication, messaging, and brand positioningWorking knowledge of marketing technology tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS platforms)Solid organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesRequired Experience4–8 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing roles with measurable growth outcomesHands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, analytics, and paid acquisitionDemonstrated success owning or revamping a company website and digital funnelDemonstrated ability to manage content production and lead generation programsFamiliarity working in small or early-stage teams with limited structure and high ownershipApplication QuestionsWhich of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
