The purpose of this job... Is to play a vital role in the effective running of Support the Practice Manager in driving smooth operations, team leadership, and performance. Help with recruitment, staff development, goal-setting, and financial management. Take charge in the Manager's absence, ensuring staff performance, effective communication, and compliance with company standards.
