**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the TPRC team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
**We will need you to**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members
**We'd like you to bring**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- A track record of achieving targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
We are looking for someone passionate about sales, with a strong track record of delivering results. You should have a customer-focused approach, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Any experience with the resources or recruitment industry would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
