You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-with a focus on winning new logos and driving high-value deals. Expect close collaboration with the technical team to deliver demos and support product trials. Key Responsibilities:
* Drive full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, demo, and close.
* Hit and exceed sales targets with urgency and consistency.
* Build tailored strategies for key deals to maximise close rates.
* Partner with the technical team for demos and industrial trials.
* Develop prospecting playbooks and creative outreach methods.
* Feed customer insights back to marketing and product teams.
* Improve the sales process through feedback and initiative.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven B2B sales success, ideally in technical or industrial markets.
* Experience selling to technical buyers (engineering, R&D, etc.).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, self-motivated, and hungry to grow into a leadership role.
* Advantageous: experience in advanced manufacturing or scale-ups.
