With roots in soulful Lebanese-Australian hospitality and a reputation that speaks for itself, we’re expanding rapid and looking for passionate, experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead the charge. 
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences, every shift, every guest. You’ll help build team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand). 
What You’ll Be Doing 
Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager’s trusted partner 
Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart 
Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiency 
Delivering consistent, top-tier customer service (and feast-worthy food) 
Managing rosters and team scheduling 
Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance 
Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point 
Staying ahead of stock and making sure the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out! 
About You 
You’ve led teams in a QSR setting and know what good looks like 
You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust 
You’re passionate about food, people, and great service 
You’re a strong communicator who lifts others up 
You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
You’ve completed (or are happy to complete) your Food Safety Supervisor certification
