We are currently partnering with a highly regarded and established business in the food manufacturing sector that is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Southwest Sydney. About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ, this is a hands-on, generalist HR role supporting a diverse, fast-paced workforce. You will work across multiple facets of HR including: Advising and coaching managers on employee relations and performance matters Supporting organisational capability and development initiatives Coordinating and implementing HR programs including KPIs, performance management, succession planning, and engagement Leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the internal Talent team Driving compliance with WHS, EEO, and HR legislative requirements Analysing HR data and producing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making This is an onsite position in a manufacturing environment, where your visibility, relationship-building and practical problem-solving skills will be key to success. About You We’re looking for a capable HR professional who is confident, solutions-focused and thrives in a dynamic, operational environment.
