Administration Assistant – Term 3 2025
Permanent part time – 2 days per week (FTE 0.4)
School terms only
We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Business Services team.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support as part of the Business Services team
* Support reception and/or customer service activities as required
Qualifications
* High levels of grooming and presentation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proven reception and/or customer service experience
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* A positive proactive attitude
* Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
* Experience working within an education setting would be highly desirable

The successful applicant for the above position must be a committed Christian and be prepared to work under the ethos of our College.
