Administrator – Construction
Sunshine Coast | Permanent, Full-Time
Play a key role in keeping residential construction projects on track through to client handover.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Administrator to support a busy residential building company on the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands-on role that keeps projects running smoothly from site completion through to client delivery.
With 8–16 handovers per month, it's a fast-paced environment where strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential. You'll be the link between site and office teams, ensuring compliance is maintained and clients receive a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage construction documentation, including PC notices, QA reports, invoices, and client updates.
* Coordinate certification requirements (e.g. Form 21), trade licences, insurances, and handover packs.
* Track and report on trade back charges, contributing to monthly analytics.
* Maintain accuracy and timeliness across internal systems and reporting tools.
* Work closely with site and office teams to deliver efficient, compliant handovers.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in construction administration or a similar high-volume admin role.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and process-driven.
* Confident with Excel and digital systems.
* A strong communicator with a team-first, client-focused approach.
